Helpful Tips for Submitting Your Story
- Please write an elevator pitch of your story [2-3 paragraphs] – we don’t need all the details but a summary along with a few key details is helpful.
- Documents, texts, emails, or other supporting evidence in the early stages isn’t necessary. If your story is chosen, we’ll ask for this stuff later.
- Please don’t send us an email telling us to watch your TikTok or read your blog. We wish we had time but it’s just not possible to go on a rat race to find the information. Please include all pertinent details in your initial email with a link at the bottom that we can check out if we have time.
- Be sure to emphasize what makes your story interesting or special. Is there a twist to the story or angle that we haven’t covered yet? Is there a learning lesson that we need to know?
- As our name implies, we are always looking for stories specifically where wives/girlfriends come together and go ‘undercover’ to discover the truth. This type of story will be slightly favored, but we are open to any and all stories covering everything from conmen to domestic violence. Also, we would love to hear from under-represented groups as well like people of color and those from LGBTQIA+ communities.
