No one ever saw this coming, but here we are…..two ex-wives bonded forever by the same ex-husband. Once archenemies, now partners in crime, we journey to the edge of sanity to uncover the dark truth about our husband and finally set ourselves free from the chains that bound us to his never-ending toxicity.
For many, including ourselves, we longed for the day that we’d find true love and live ‘happily ever after.’ Unfortunately for us it didn’t quite work out that way. Instead, the man we both married turned out to be a master of illusions. Blinded by love, it took years to rip off the blinders and come to our senses.
After years of manipulation, our women’s intuition was undeniable. Putting our pride aside, we turned to one another for support, and most importantly, to find out the real truth once and for all. But, we could never have prepared ourselves for what we were about to learn, from living multiple lives to embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars to multiple fake cancer diagnoses…and throughout it all was a little girl – his daughter – who was manipulated and coerced to take part in his shocking indiscretions.
We knew this was about more than just us. Who else has he hurt and destroyed?
Of the many missteps we took—ignoring the red flags and most importantly our own intuition—we had to accept the fact that these mistakes were the ultimate reason why the path our lives took changed. That is why we’ve made it our personal mission to take the experience and knowledge we’ve learned along the way, and use it to help others avoid the mistakes we did.
